orders. Subcontractor schedules required weekly forensic
analysis prior to uploading into the integrated project schedules.
Analysis included verification to accuracy of the scope of work, work
breakdown structure, and milestone deliverables, as budgeted/awarded in the
client’s task orders or CLINs. Ensured work scope, schedule, budgets, and
resources, were fully integrated into the project plans, to accurately
measure the work scheduled and costs forecasted, against actual work
performed and it’s cost, to determine if cost and schedule performance (CPI
& SPI) are as planned or earned (EVMS). Subcontractor invoices were
reviewed, analyzed, and approved for payment, based on EVMS principles.
Subcontractor performance and commodity tracking, forecasting, and out-put
curves were downloaded from resource loaded schedules.
